Music

My favorite music group is either blink 182 or Iron Maiden. I like thesse groups, because they are badass... Iron Maiden is one of the only metal bands that has a singer that can actually sing, unlike metallica whos singer destroys they're sound whenever he opens his mouth. Their guitarists pretty cool tho... blink 182 is cool, because they are the only ppl to play real punk music after the sex pistols broke up. They just got backtogether with is awesome... im going to go see them this summer, its going to be .. cool

big message

I don't really have anything to talk about, so i am just going to write about the past few weeks. A week before last Tuesday, i got in a fight with this kid named Tyler, I had a concussion, that sorta blew. My parents turned off my myspace and facebook, because they didn't want me to fight. We have to do a stupid science fair project again this year, its such a waste of time. We don't learn anything, and most people just make up their data anyways, my dad is a "scientist" and he made me actually do my project. Somehow i don't see how growing plants for a month and putting random crap on them is going to benefit us later in life, but apparently it will. I don't really know what were supposed to be doing on these things. Ive been playing guitar a lot lately, I learned tequila sunrise by the eagles which is actually a lot of fun to play. I really don't think this is going anywhere, and this is most likely going to be spot checked, because i cant imagine ms Hollrah wants read like 1200 blogs from 150 students. If you actually are reading this, congratulations, because you have a better attention span than anyone i know. Im just going to keep writing, and if your reading, your going to keep reading, because at the end i might say something really interesting, and do you reallly want to take the chance that your life could be changed by something completely inspirational that ive said, but you were just to lazy to read the end of this blog, i dont think so. Well this is the end, theres nothing breath taking, or illuminating, no big lesson or joke, you really did just waste one precious minute of your life, but I guess if your reading my blogs anyways, youve probably wasted a lot more time than i just did. Love?

I think its better to fall in love, because if your forced into something, you could get really screwed over. but either thing could be potentially pretty good. it really just depends on who your supposed to be in love with. you cant choose what is better with something like love, which is not controllable.

In the past few weeks, nothing really important happened. I had the flu all last week, so i just sat at home and played halo all day. this week was the end of the six weeks, so i had a lot of work to catch up on.

Music

I have a few favorite musicians/musical groups. My favorite bands are Metallica, Anberlin, AC/DC, Nirvana, Guns and Roses, the Beatles, and Iron Maiden. I am really into all genres of music, because i play everything, but i mostly like to listen to Metal, rock, and punk/pop. I like these bands for many reasons, one of the biggest reasons, is that these are some of the most influential bands on music as we know it today. Iron Maiden is probably my favorite band, because it is metal with a singer that actually sounds good.

Reflection:
The last two weeks for me have pretty much sucked. Ive gotten in a lot of trouble, and all my grades went down a lot. I have also had a lot to deal with at my house, because my parents think they are doing whats "best for me" instead of whats best for the person they want me to be. All in all, the past few weeks were an utter disaster.

In school, we use computers to do work. I am typing this on a school computer. For entertainment, i have 4 Ipods, 2 computers, a xbox360, and a car. These are for fun. If i had to put an invention in the categorie of light, or fire, i would say my iphone, because it is probably the most important thing i have. These technologies have changed my life, because it is all i do.


In the last two weeks, i have not been doing very much. I texted a lot, about 30,000 in the past month. I have also been hanging out a lot with Joey and Taylor. We do a bunch of stupid stuff, because there is nothing better to do. I also watch a lot of tv, because i am bored. On weekends i played football. I also downloaded about 200 gigs of music on my computer.

cultural diversity

There is a lot of cultural diversity in my country, spanning from racial diversity, to ethnic and religious diversity. In the United States, there are people from many religions such as Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, and many others. There are also people from many different countries. Throughout America, there are programs to help people learn about other ethnicity's view, because education can really help to prevent hate.
In Austin where i live, there is a program called interfaith council. every year, there is a meeting, where people from all different faiths come together and teach other people about there faith, in a hope to promote understanding of people that are different than we are. All in all, there is a lot of tolerance in our country.

My favorite place in the United States, is New York City. I like New York, basically because I was born there. I also like how there's always something going on, and at night you can always hear sirens and really loud obnoxious music. Another place I like, is the badlands in South Dakota. I wen't rock climbing there this summer, and there are a lot of really nice mountains.
